Best for
- Kitchen islands or breakfast nooks, hung as a pendant 30-36 in above the counter
- Dining rooms with a 4-6 person table, used as a semi-flush mount for lower ceilings
- Entryways and hallways with 8-9 ft ceilings, installed as a semi-flush mount
- Spaces where you want the flexibility to choose between pendant or flush mount installation
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
- Spaces under 8 ft ceilings if used as a pendant with the full chain length
- Large rooms over 15x15 ft where a single 15 in fixture may be undersized
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on bulbs used. Accepts two 100W A19 bulbs (not included). With two 100W incandescent bulbs, expect about 1600 lumens total - suitable for ambient lighting in a medium-sized room. For more light, use LED equivalents.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on bulbs chosen. The satin etched glass diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm, inviting glow. Dimmable with compatible bulbs and dimmer for adjustable ambiance.
