Description
A 12-inch dome mini pendant with a green metal shade and brushed brass finish, for kitchen islands and dining areas.
Part of the Plymouth Dome Collection, this pendant combines industrial design with customizable options. The steel and cast brass construction ensures durability, while the green metal shade adds a pop of color. The 10-foot black fabric cord allows for flexible hanging heights.
Best for
- Kitchen islands, hung in a row for task lighting over a prep area
- Dining rooms, providing focused light over a table for intimate meals
- Entryways and hallways, adding an industrial accent
- Coffee bars and breakfast nooks, creating a cozy atmosphere
- Covered patios and porches, as it is rated for damp locations
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure, as it is only damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Large rooms needing primary illumination, as a single 100W bulb may not suffice
- Spaces with low ceilings, as the minimum hanging height is 17.75 inches
How bright is it?
With a maximum 100W bulb, this pendant can produce up to about 1600 lumens (assuming a standard incandescent), which is comparable to a 100W incandescent bulb. This is ideal for accent or task lighting, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
The green metal shade directs light downward, creating a focused beam. The color temperature depends on the bulb used; with a standard warm white LED, you'll get a cozy, inviting feel. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the mood.
Sizing and fit
This pendant measures 12 inches in diameter and 14.75 inches in height, with an adjustable drop height from 17.75 to 134.75 inches. The canopy is 4.75 inches in diameter. It works well over kitchen islands or dining tables with standard 8-9 foot ceilings.
