The Boreas mini pendant offers the sleek style of the Ballston with a customizable flair, as it can be fitted with any of the glass or metal shades from the Franklin collection. This fixture features an antique brass finish over steel and cast brass, with a cylinder-shaped seedy glass shade that adds texture and vintage character. Its contemporary Art Deco style makes it a versatile choice for modern and transitional interiors.

How bright is it?
With a single 100W incandescent bulb (not included), this pendant can produce up to 1600 lumens - enough for task lighting over a small island or table. For a softer glow, use a lower-wattage LED bulb.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulb you choose. For a warm, inviting ambiance, select a bulb with a color temperature of 2700K-3000K. The seedy glass shade diffuses light to create a soft, textured glow.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 3 inches wide, 3 inches deep, and 13 inches high, with a minimum hanging height of 19.75 inches and a maximum of 43.75 inches. It includes one 6-inch and two 12-inch stems for customization. Ideal for islands 4-6 feet long when hung in multiples.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
