The Boreas mini pendant offers the sleek style of the Ballston with a touch of flair. It can be fitted with any glass or metal shade from the Franklin collection to create a custom fixture. The matte black finish and seedy glass shade give it a contemporary, art deco look.

How bright is it?
With a single 100W incandescent bulb (not included), this pendant can produce up to about 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W bulb. That's ideal for accent or ambient lighting over a kitchen island or dining table, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
The seedy glass shade will diffuse the light, creating a soft, textured glow. For a warm, inviting feel, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. This fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the brightness to suit the mood.

The pendant measures 3 inches wide and 13 inches high, with a height range of 16.75 to 133.75 inches thanks to the adjustable cord. It is sloped ceiling compatible, and the cord is 120 inches long.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms (away from direct water) and covered outdoor areas. Not for wet locations.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
