Maxim Lighting Robotica 38in 8-Light Pendant | Modern Black and White Acrylic | Dining Room & Foyer | 38 x 37 x 68 in | Model E21246-BK

An 8-light LED pendant with branching, pivoting arms and a V-shaped acrylic diffuser, finished in black for large dining rooms and grand foyers.

The Robotica collection turns adjustable lighting into a sculptural centerpiece. Each arm rotates and pivots so you can direct light exactly where you need it, while the black finish contrasts sharply with the white acrylic diffuser that spreads light in two directions. A high-powered LED engine is fully dimmable, making this pendant as practical over a table as it is dramatic in an entryway.

Best for

• Large dining rooms with 9-10 ft ceilings, centered over a table 48-60 in wide
• Two-story foyers and stairwells where the 68.5 in height and adjustable arms create a statement
• Open-concept living and dining areas that need a dimmable, directional light source
• Modern kitchens with a large island, hung in place of a linear chandelier

Not ideal for

• Low ceilings under 8 ft - the 68.5 in overall height needs clearance
• Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - rated for dry locations only
• Small rooms where the 38.25 in length would overwhelm the space

How bright is it?

3920 lumens total - roughly equivalent to three 100W incandescent bulbs, enough to light a large dining table or foyer as a primary fixture. The integrated LEDs are not replaceable, but they are rated for 35,000 hours of use.

Light color and feel

3000K warm white creates a soft, inviting glow similar to traditional incandescent light. CRI 80 renders colors accurately for everyday living. The fixture is dimmable with an ELV or Triac CL dimmer, so you can take it from bright task lighting to a low evening ambiance.

Sizing and fit

Overall dimensions are 38.25 in long x 37 in wide x 68.5 in high, with a 16 in shade height and a 10 in square canopy. The 120 in electrical wire allows for adjustable hanging height on standard 9-10 ft ceilings. At 12.32 lbs, it is suitable for most ceiling junction boxes.
