Description
An 18-inch tall sculptural LED pendant in gold aluminum and steel, for kitchen islands and dining rooms that want a warm modern focal point.
The Penrose pendant takes a cubist approach: a cube-like form where the corners don't quite meet, outlined by aluminum channels that house the integrated LED. Light casts in multiple directions through a silicone diffuser, so the fixture reads as a piece of sculpture whether it's on or off. The gold finish adds warmth and pairs well with brass hardware and wood tones.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and peninsulas where a single statement pendant hangs over the counter
- Dining rooms with round or square tables 36-48 in wide
- Modern entryways and stairwells that need a vertical accent
- Home offices or reading nooks with ceilings 8 ft and above
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - rated for dry locations only
- Low ceilings under 8 ft if you need the full 120 in of wire
- Rooms that need broad ambient light - this is a focused accent pendant
How bright is it?
1840 lumens - roughly comparable to a bright 100W incandescent bulb, enough to light a small dining table or kitchen island task area, but not a whole room on its own.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white gives a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. CRI 90 renders colors accurately. Dimmable with a Triac CL dimmer.
Sizing and fit
Overall 7 in L x 7 in W x 18 in H with an 8 x 5.5 in canopy and 120 in of electrical wire. The slim 7 in footprint suits islands and small tables; hang so the bottom sits about 30-36 in above the counter or table.
