Description
A 16-inch pendant light in aged gold with opal glass, blending Scandinavian and Japanese design for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Kenji Collection by Alora Mood is the perfect mix of Scandinavian sensibility and Japanese inspiration. The sleek, architectural dome in aged gold is paired with a minimal opal glass diffuser, creating a chic Japandi aesthetic. This pendant uses a standard E26 socket (bulb not included) and is sloped ceiling adaptable. Rated for dry locations, it's ideal for indoor living spaces.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task lighting
- Dining rooms over a table, providing focused ambient light
- Entryways and foyers with 9-10 ft ceilings, as a statement piece
- Living rooms with high ceilings, used as a single focal point
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - rated for dry locations only
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft due to the 16-inch height
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb used (up to 60W equivalent). With a standard 60W incandescent bulb (approx. 800 lumens), it provides comfortable ambient light for a dining table or kitchen island. For brighter task lighting, use an LED bulb with higher lumens.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulb chosen. For a warm, cozy feel, use a 2700K-3000K bulb. The opal glass diffuser softens the light, reducing glare and creating a warm glow.
Sizing and fit
16 inches tall with a dome diameter of approximately 8-10 inches (estimated from the 16-inch height). The round canopy is 5 inches in diameter. Sloped ceiling adaptable, making it suitable for vaulted ceilings. Height adjustable at installation.
