How bright is it?
With two T10 bulbs (not included), this fixture can produce up to 1600 lumens with LED equivalents - enough for ambient lighting in a medium-sized space. It is dimmable for adjustable brightness.
Light color and feel
The clear glass panes provide bright, direct light. For a warm, inviting glow, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. Dimmable with a compatible dimmer switch (not included).

This flush mount measures 12 inches wide, 12 inches deep, and 4.25 inches high. It fits well on standard ceilings and is suitable for covered outdoor areas. The backplate is 11.5 inches wide and 1 inch high.

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
