How bright is it?
Brightness depends on bulbs used (not included). Accepts two A19 bulbs up to 120W each (incandescent equivalent). For 800-lumen LED bulbs, total output would be about 1600 lumens - suitable for ambient dining or kitchen island lighting.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on bulbs chosen. Recommended 2700K-3000K for warm, inviting ambiance. The linen shade diffuses light softly, reducing glare.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
