Description
A 4-inch LED recessed downlight for kitchens, bathrooms, and hallways, with selectable white color temperature and a glare-reducing concave lens.
The Cove Series rethinks recessed lighting with a compact remote driver and an IC Airtight UL-rated outlet box, so you can skip the traditional recessed housing and install directly. The concave lens directs light upward and reflects it back down for smooth, even illumination with less glare. Finished in white with aluminum and steel construction, it blends into ceilings while delivering modern LED performance.
Best for
- Kitchen ceilings and prep areas where even, glare-free task light matters
- Bathrooms and powder rooms - damp-rated for humid spaces
- Hallways, stairwells, and closets needing clean, low-profile downlighting
- Residential remodels or commercial spaces with 4-inch ceiling cutouts
Not ideal for
- Wet locations such as inside a shower - this downlight is damp-rated only
- Spaces where you want a visible decorative fixture rather than a flush ceiling look
- Very high ceilings where a narrow 4-inch beam may not provide enough spread
How bright is it?
750 lumens - roughly comparable to a 60W incandescent bulb. It provides strong accent or task light for a small area, but for a large room you'll want multiple units.
Light color and feel
Selectable 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, or 5000K white - choose warm white for cozy living areas or cooler white for task-focused kitchens and offices. CRI 90 renders colors accurately. Dimmable with Triac CL dimmers.
Sizing and fit
Measures 4.75 in L x 4.75 in W x 1.75 in H, with an 8-inch wire. Fits standard 4-inch recessed openings and works in ceilings of most heights; the low profile suits tight spaces.
