How bright is it?
The integrated 18-watt LED module produces 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb. This provides ample ambient light for a medium to large room, and it's dimmable so you can adjust the brightness to suit the mood.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (bright white), or 5000K (daylight). The opal frosted shade diffuses light evenly, reducing glare. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and accurate, making it suitable for spaces where true color rendering matters.
Sizing and fit
This fan has a 60-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 60 inches wide by 60 inches deep by 13.05 inches high (with light kit). It comes with a 4.5-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7-9 ft hanging height. Designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
