Damp-rated and Energy Star certified, this fan features a high-efficiency DC motor for powerful air circulation in a variety of settings. It includes three sleek blades, a remote control, and is compatible with the FanSync app for smart device or voice assistant control. This version comes equipped with an integrated 18-watt LED light kit featuring CCT (correlated color temperature) technology for customizable lighting.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED module produces 1600 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in a medium-sized room. It is dimmable, so you can adjust the light level to your preference.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight. The 90 CRI rating ensures colors appear vivid and accurate, ideal for living spaces and kitchens. The opal frosted shade diffuses light evenly, reducing glare.
Sizing and fit
This fan has a 56-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 56 x 56 x 13.05 inches. It is designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings (up to 27 degrees) and comes with a 4.5-inch downrod. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7-9 ft hanging height for maximum airflow.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
