The Kute 60 Ceiling Fan with LED Light Kit offers a perfect balance of modern design, smart technology, and powerful performance. Its energy-efficient DC motor provides six speeds and up to 6,942 CFM of airflow. The integrated 16W LED light kit features CCT Select technology, offering three color temperatures (3000K, 4000K, 5000K) with a high CRI of 90. The fan includes fanSync Wi-Fi and a TR360 remote for easy control via app or voice assistant. The dark bronze finish and dark walnut blades create a sophisticated look.

How bright is it?
The integrated 16W LED light kit produces 1,500 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in medium-sized rooms. It is dimmable for adjustable brightness.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (cool white), and 5000K (daylight). This allows you to create a cozy, warm atmosphere or a bright, energizing light. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear accurate and vibrant.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 60 inches in blade sweep and 13.78 inches from ceiling to bottom with the included 4.5-inch downrod. It is designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings (up to 27°). Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
