How bright is it?
1600 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb, providing ample illumination for a living room or covered patio. It's bright enough to serve as the primary light in a medium-sized room.
Light color and feel
Choose from 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, or 5000K color temperatures. 2700K gives a warm, cozy glow; 5000K is a crisp daylight. With a CRI of 90, colors appear natural and vibrant. The light is dimmable via the remote.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 60 inches in diameter and hangs 13.8 inches from the ceiling with the included 4.5-inch downrod. It's suitable for rooms with 8-foot ceilings or higher. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
