A 60-inch flush-mount smart ceiling fan with an integrated LED light kit, designed for low ceilings and covered outdoor spaces, finished in black with Koa blades.
The Kute 60 Flush Mount offers the same bold style and smart functionality as the standard Kute, but with a low-profile design that hugs the ceiling. Its black finish and Koa composite blades create a modern look, while the integrated knurled LED light kit with CCT Select technology provides customizable illumination. The DC motor operates quietly across six speeds, and the fanSync Wi-Fi and TR360 remote allow easy control from your smartphone or voice assistant.

How bright is it?
The integrated 16W LED module produces 1,600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb. This is bright enough to serve as the primary light source for a medium-sized room, and it's fully dimmable for lower ambient levels.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from five color temperatures: 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral), 4000K (cool white), and 5000K (daylight). This lets you match the light to your activity and mood. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vivid and accurate, making it suitable for spaces where you want true-to-life illumination.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, the light is dimmable via the included TR360 remote. No wall dimmer is required.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is damp-rated, so it's suitable for covered outdoor areas and bathrooms with adequate ventilation, but it should not be directly exposed to rain or water.
What's the warranty? Fanimation offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser.
How does the flush mount affect airflow? The flush mount reduces the distance from the ceiling, which can slightly reduce airflow compared to a downrod mount, but it's still powerful enough for large rooms.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
