How bright is it?
This fan's integrated 16-watt LED module produces 1,600 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb. It's suitable for lighting a medium-sized room, but you may want supplemental lighting for larger spaces.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select, you can choose from 2700K (warm white), 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, and 5000K (daylight). The 90 CRI ensures colors appear vivid and accurate, making it great for living areas and kitchens. The light is dimmable via the included remote.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 60 inches in diameter and hangs 14.48 inches from the ceiling with the included 4.5-inch downrod. It's designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings (up to 27°). Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
