A 52-inch smart ceiling fan with an integrated LED light kit, finished in matte white, for indoor and covered outdoor spaces.
The Kute 52 with LED Light Kit offers a perfect balance of modern design, smart technology, and powerful performance. The energy-efficient DC motor provides six speeds and up to 6,701 CFM of airflow. The integrated 16-watt LED light features CCT Select technology with five color temperatures and a high CRI of 90. With fanSync Wi-Fi and the TR360 remote, you can control both fan and light from your smartphone or voice assistant. This fan is designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings and includes a 4.5-inch downrod.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED light outputs 1500 lumens, roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb. This is suitable for ambient lighting in medium-sized rooms, but may not be enough as the sole light source in very large open areas.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (neutral), and 5000K (daylight). This range lets you create a cozy evening glow or a crisp, energizing light for tasks. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear natural and vibrant.
Sizing and fit
The fan has a 52-inch blade sweep and hangs 13.78 inches from the ceiling with the included 4.5-inch downrod. It fits rooms with standard 8-foot ceilings, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings. The canopy is 5.75 inches in diameter.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
