The Kute 52 combines modern design with smart functionality. Its DC motor delivers powerful airflow up to 6,701 CFM while remaining quiet and energy-efficient. The integrated 16W LED light kit features CCT Select technology, letting you choose from three color temperatures (3000K, 4000K, 5000K) with a high CRI of 90. Control it all with the included TR360 remote or the fanSync Wi-Fi app.

How bright is it?
The integrated 16-watt LED module delivers 1500 lumens—about as bright as a 100-watt incandescent bulb—ideal for ambient lighting in a bedroom or covered patio. It's not designed to be the sole light source for a large great room.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from three color temperatures: 3000K (warm white), 4000K (neutral white), and 5000K (daylight). This lets you match the light to your activity—warm and cozy for evenings, cool and energizing for daytime. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear natural and vibrant.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 52 inches in blade sweep and hangs 13.78 inches from the ceiling with the included 4.5-inch downrod. It is designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings (up to 27°). The canopy is 5.75 inches in diameter, and the fan weighs 12.7 pounds.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
