Description
A 52-inch flush-mount smart ceiling fan with an integrated double-walled LED light kit, ideal for rooms with lower ceilings.
The Kute 52 Flush Mount offers the same powerful performance as the standard model but with a low-profile design that hugs the ceiling. Its DC motor delivers up to 6,122 CFM of airflow, and the integrated 16W LED light kit features CCT Select technology for five color temperatures (2700K to 5000K). The double-walled clear glass shade adds a modern touch, and the fan is damp-rated for covered outdoor and humid indoor spaces.

How bright is it?
The integrated 16W LED module produces 1,600 lumens, roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb. This is bright enough to serve as the primary light in a medium-sized room, but you may want additional task lighting for detailed work.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select, you can adjust the color temperature from 2700K (warm white) to 5000K (daylight). This flexibility lets you create a cozy ambiance for evenings or a bright, energizing light for daytime activities. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear natural and accurate.
Sizing and fit

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
