The Adams flush mount offers a classic transitional design with a matte black finish that blends with modern and traditional decor. Its compact size makes it ideal for low ceilings or small rooms where a flush mount is needed. The fixture is dimmable and LED compatible, providing flexibility in light output.

How bright is it?
The fixture accepts one 60W E26 bulb (not included). With a typical 60W incandescent bulb, output is around 800 lumens - about as bright as a 60W incandescent, suitable for ambient light in small spaces. LED compatible bulbs can provide similar or higher output with less energy.
Light color and feel
The matte black finish gives a sleek, modern look. The fixture is dimmable with a line voltage dimmer (incandescent/halogen recommended). Bulb color temperature depends on the bulb chosen; a 2700K-3000K bulb gives a warm, inviting glow.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
