A 52-inch white ceiling fan with an included LED light kit, designed for living rooms, family rooms, and bedrooms.
The Hollis collection keeps things clean and versatile. This version includes a two-bulb A19 LED light kit with frosted polymeric diffuser, so you get both air movement and warm illumination from one fixture. The white finish and reversible blades let you tailor the look, and the AC motor delivers three speeds with a reversible switch for year-round comfort.

How bright is it?
Delivered lumens are 900lm, roughly equivalent to a 60W incandescent bulb. That's enough for ambient light in a living room or bedroom, but not as a primary task light for a large kitchen.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white with 90 CRI - a soft, golden tone that flatters wood tones and skin, and renders colors accurately. The included A19 LED bulbs are not dimmable with standard wall dimmers.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The included bulbs are not dimmable with standard wall dimmers. If you replace them with dimmable A19 LEDs and a compatible dimmer, dimming may be possible.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
