An 11.25-inch tall, 1-light mini pendant from Kichler's Avery collection, finished in Black with Clear Seeded glass, perfect for kitchen islands and breakfast nooks.
The Avery mini pendant combines industrial style with farmhouse charm. The black finish and clear seeded glass create a classic yet dramatic statement, while the seeded glass diffuses light beautifully. The adjustable height allows for flexible placement over islands, counters, or tables.

How bright is it?
With a single 100W A19 bulb (not included), this pendant can produce up to 1600 lumens, similar to a 100W incandescent. Bright enough for task lighting over an island or ambient light in a small area.
Light color and feel
Using a warm white bulb (2700K-3000K), the clear seeded glass creates a soft, diffused glow with a subtle sparkle from the seeded texture. The fixture is dimmable with compatible dimmer and bulb.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
