Description
An 80-inch ceiling fan from Kichler's Loa collection, finished in matte white with satin etched glass, designed for wet-rated outdoor and indoor use.
The Loa ceiling fan features a smooth, modern silhouette that coordinates with minimalist interiors and exteriors. Its wet-rated construction makes it ideal for covered patios, porches, and coastal areas. The large 80-inch blade span moves substantial air for cooling larger spaces. The integrated LED light includes a CCT switch to adjust color temperature from 3000K to 5000K during installation. Includes a remote control for 6-speed operation.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED light produces approximately 1500-2000 lumens (estimated), comparable to a 100W incandescent bulb, providing ample ambient light. Dimmable for adjustable ambiance.
Light color and feel
The CCT switch allows you to choose between 3000K (warm white, cozy) and 5000K (daylight, crisp) during installation. The satin etched cased opal glass diffuses light evenly.
Sizing and fit
Blade span: 80 inches. Overall dimensions: 37.5 in L x 4 in W x 15 in H. Downrod length: 4.5 inches. Suitable for rooms at least 12x12 ft with 8-9 ft ceilings. For larger rooms, consider a longer downrod (not included).

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, dimmable. Use a standard LED-compatible dimmer switch.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, it is wet-rated for outdoor use including direct rain exposure. Suitable for bathrooms with shower exposure as well.
What's the warranty? Limited lifetime warranty on the fan motor.
Does this fan work with sloped ceilings? No, a slope ceiling kit is not included and the fan is not designed for sloped ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
