The Wes outdoor sconce updates the classic barn light with a subtle gooseneck arm and a clean dome shade. How bright is it?

Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. It accepts one medium-base LED bulb up to 10W. With a typical 800-lumen LED, it provides ambient accent light similar to a 60W incandescent - enough to illuminate a doorway or small patio, but not a primary outdoor area.

Light color and feel

Color temperature is determined by the bulb. For a warm, inviting glow, choose a 2700K-3000K LED. The dome shade softens and diffuses the light, reducing glare.

Sizing and fit

The fixture extends 9.75 inches from the wall and measures 10.5 inches tall. The backplate is 6 inches square. It works well on standard 8-foot walls or higher. The gooseneck arm provides a 9.75-inch reach.
