A variable-output LED landscape accent light built from solid cast brass, designed for wet locations and outdoor use in gardens, pathways, and architectural highlights.
Named after the rugged island off British Columbia, the Hardy Island Collection from Hinkley's LumaCORE series is built to withstand harsh outdoor environments. The solid cast brass construction with a Brass Satin Black finish matures naturally over time, while the frosted lens delivers a warm ambient glow. With four selectable wattage settings (3W to 12W) and CREE LED technology, this fixture gives you complete control over brightness and beam spread.

How bright is it?
The fixture offers four selectable lumen outputs: 260 lumens (3W) for subtle accenting, 350 lumens (5W) for gentle path lighting, 475 lumens (8W) for moderate highlights, and 750 lumens (12W) for brighter task or security lighting. At maximum output, it's comparable to a 60W incandescent bulb, suitable for illuminating larger landscape features.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white – a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent lighting. It flatters warm-toned materials like brass, stone, and wood, creating a cozy outdoor ambiance. CRI is 80, which is adequate for general landscape lighting but not critical for color rendering.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 4.5 inches long by 4.5 inches wide by 4 inches high. It comes with an 18-inch wire lead and includes a wiring kit and ground spike for easy installation. Suitable for use in wet locations as defined by NEC and CEC.

Is the bulb included? Yes, the LumaCore LED bulb is included and integrated.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture has variable output wattage settings (3W/5W/8W/12W) selected via a switch, not a standard dimmer. It is not compatible with household dimmers.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fixture is rated for wet locations and is suitable for outdoor use in direct rain. It is not intended for indoor bathroom use unless the bathroom is a wet location.
What's the warranty? LumaCore Series products carry a lifetime limited warranty; Hardy Island Series products also carry a lifetime limited warranty.
How do I select the wattage? The fixture includes a switch to select between 3W, 5W, 8W, or 12W output, allowing you to adjust brightness as needed.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
