How bright is it?
The integrated LED produces 1320 lumens - comparable to a 100W incandescent bulb, providing ample ambient light for most rooms. It is not intended as a task light but works well for general illumination.
Light color and feel
3000K warm dim color temperature - a soft, warm white similar to traditional incandescent lighting. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and natural. The light is dimmable with a CL-type dimmer (SSL7A) for adjustable ambiance.
Sizing and fit
The fan has a 44-inch blade sweep and an overall height of 11.75 inches from ceiling to blade. It is designed for flush mount installation on flat ceilings only (not sloped). The canopy is 7.5 inches in diameter. Ideal for rooms with standard 8-9 ft ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
