Description
A 58-inch smart ceiling fan with integrated LED light, designed for transitional interiors and damp-rated for covered patios, bathrooms, and sunrooms.
The Layton collection blends traditional and modern elements with subtly curved wood blades and a clean matte white finish. The integrated LED delivers warm, dimmable light, while the Wi-Fi-enabled DC motor offers six speeds and smart control via the Hinkley App or included HIRO remote.

How bright is it?
1320 lumens – comparable to a 100W incandescent bulb, sufficient to light a medium-sized room as primary ambient light. The integrated LED is dimmable for softer accent lighting.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white – a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent, flattering to skin tones and warm wood finishes. CRI 90 ensures accurate color rendering, ideal for living spaces. Dimmable with a CL-type dimmer (SSL7A).
Sizing and fit
The fan has a 58-inch blade sweep and a 12.75-inch overall height (ceiling to blade: 10.25 inches). It includes a 6-inch down rod and can be mounted on sloped ceilings up to 20 degrees. Minimum ceiling height is 7 ft from floor to blades. Canopy is 6 inches in diameter.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
