How bright is it?
The integrated LED produces 1320 lumens - comparable to a 100W incandescent bulb, sufficient for ambient lighting in a medium-sized room. It is dimmable with a CL-type dimmer (SSL7A) for adjustable brightness.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent lighting. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and accurate, ideal for living spaces where you want a comfortable, inviting glow.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 56 x 56 x 15 inches with a 6-inch down rod included. It is sloped ceiling adaptable up to 20 degrees. The canopy is 6 inches in diameter. For optimal airflow, install with blades at least 7 ft from the floor and 10 inches from the ceiling.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
