How bright is it?
2800 lumens total from 8 integrated LED bulbs - equivalent to about 200W incandescent, bright enough to illuminate a large outdoor seating area or supplement existing lighting. The 3000K warm white light creates a cozy, inviting glow.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent, flattering for skin tones and warm wood/brass finishes. CRI 80 provides decent color rendering. Fully dimmable with compatible dimmer (HIRO control included).
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 52 inches in diameter (blade sweep) with a height of 20.75 inches from ceiling to bottom. Includes one 12-inch and one 24-inch down rod; other lengths sold separately. Suitable for sloped ceilings up to 20 degrees. Minimum installation height is 7 ft from the floor.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
