Description
A 60-inch smart ceiling fan with integrated LED uplight, designed for modern living rooms and covered patios, featuring matte black finish and walnut wood accents.
Inspired by Scandinavian minimalism, the Rafter fan combines clean lines with warm walnut accents at the base of its contoured blades. The integrated LED uplight casts a soft glow across the ceiling, while the WiFi-enabled DC motor offers six speeds and app control via the Hinkley App. This fan is damp-rated for covered outdoor use and includes a HIRO remote control.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED uplight produces 1000 lumens - comparable to a 60W incandescent bulb. This is ideal for ambient accent lighting on the ceiling, not as a primary room light. The light is dimmable with a CL-type dimmer (SSL7A).
Light color and feel
3000K warm dim with a CRI of 90 - a soft, warm white that flatters skin tones and wood finishes. The high CRI ensures accurate color rendering, making it suitable for living areas where decor matters.
Sizing and fit
The fan has a 60-inch blade sweep and an overall height of 12.5 inches from ceiling to blades. It includes a 6-inch down rod and can be installed on sloped ceilings up to 20 degrees. The canopy is 5.5 inches in diameter. For proper airflow, install at least 7 ft from the floor and 18 inches from walls.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
