Description
A 62-inch wet-rated LED smart ceiling fan from Hinkley's Oliver collection, designed for covered patios and indoor living spaces with a traditional matte white and heritage brass finish.
The Oliver fan combines classic elegance with modern convenience. Its etched opal dome conceals integrated LEDs that deliver 2000 lumens of warm 3000K light, while the three matte white composite blades and heritage brass accents create a timeless look. WiFi-enabled and compatible with the Hinkley App, this fan offers 6-speed DC motor control and is suitable for wet locations.

How bright is it?
2000 lumens - comparable to a 150W incandescent bulb, providing ample ambient light for most rooms. The integrated LED is dimmable with a CL-type dimmer (SSL7A) for adjustable brightness.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent lighting. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and accurate, ideal for living areas where ambiance matters.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 62 inches in diameter with an 18-inch overall height. It includes a 6-inch down rod and can be installed on sloped ceilings up to 20 degrees. The canopy is 6 inches in diameter. For optimal performance, install at least 7 feet from the floor.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
