Description
A 62-inch LED smart ceiling fan with a traditional matte black and heritage brass finish, designed for both indoor and covered outdoor spaces.
Oliver combines classic elegance with modern convenience. The etched opal dome conceals integrated LEDs that deliver 2000 lumens of warm 3000K light, while the three slender matte black composite blades provide efficient airflow. The wet-rated design allows installation on covered patios, and the WiFi-enabled DC motor with HIRO control offers six speeds and reversible operation.

How bright is it?
2000 lumens - about as bright as a 150W incandescent bulb, enough to light a 12x12 ft room comfortably. The integrated LED is dimmable with a CL-type dimmer (SSL7A) for adjustable ambiance.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent lighting. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and accurate, making it suitable for living areas and dining spaces.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 62 inches in diameter with a height of 18 inches from ceiling to blade. A 6-inch down rod is included; other lengths are available separately. The canopy is 6 inches in diameter. Ideal for rooms at least 12x12 ft.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
