Description
A 50-inch LED smart ceiling fan with integrated light kit, designed for both indoor and covered outdoor living spaces, finished in matte white with heritage brass accents.
Oliver combines classic traditional styling with modern smart functionality. The etched opal dome conceals integrated LEDs that deliver 2000 lumens of warm 3000K light, while the three matte white composite blades provide efficient airflow. The DC motor is WiFi-enabled and can be controlled via the included HIRO remote or the Hinkley App. Wet-rated for outdoor use, this fan is as versatile as it is elegant.

How bright is it?
2000 lumens - comparable to a 150W incandescent bulb, bright enough to illuminate a medium-sized living room or covered patio as the primary light source. The integrated LED is dimmable for adjustable ambiance.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent lighting. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and natural, ideal for entertaining or relaxing. Dimmable with a CL-type dimmer (SSL7A) for customized brightness.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 50 inches in diameter (blade sweep) with a height of 18 inches from ceiling to bottom. It includes a 6-inch down rod; other lengths are available separately. Suitable for sloped ceilings up to 20 degrees. Minimum installation height is 7 feet from the floor.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
