Description
A 50-inch LED smart ceiling fan from Hinkley's Oliver collection, designed for covered patios and indoor living rooms with a traditional matte black and heritage brass finish.
The Oliver fan combines classic elegance with modern convenience. Its etched opal dome conceals integrated LEDs that deliver 2000 lumens of warm 3000K light, while the three matte black composite blades and heritage brass accents create a timeless two-tone look. Equipped with a 6-speed DC motor and WiFi connectivity, it can be controlled via the included HIRO remote or the Hinkley App. Wet-rated for outdoor use, this fan is as functional as it is stylish.

How bright is it?
2000 lumens - comparable to a 150W incandescent bulb, providing ample ambient light for a medium-sized room. The integrated LED is dimmable with a CL-type dimmer (SSL7A) for adjustable brightness.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent lighting, flattering for skin tones and warm interiors. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and accurate, ideal for living spaces.
Sizing and fit
The fan has a 50-inch blade sweep and an overall height of 18 inches. It includes a 6-inch down rod and can be installed on sloped ceilings up to 20 degrees. The canopy is 6 inches in diameter. Ensure at least 7 feet of clearance from the floor to the blades.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
