A 52-inch LED smart ceiling fan with a transitional design, featuring a matte black finish and Heritage Brass accents, ideal for indoor or covered outdoor living spaces.

How bright is it?
1320 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in medium-sized rooms. The integrated LED provides ample light for most living spaces.
Light color and feel
3000K warm dim - a soft, warm white tone similar to traditional incandescent lighting. The light is dimmable with a CL-type dimmer (SSL7A) and has a high CRI of 90, rendering colors accurately.
Sizing and fit
The fan has a 52-inch blade sweep and an overall height of 14 inches. It includes a 6-inch down rod and can be installed on sloped ceilings up to 20 degrees. The canopy is 5.5 inches in diameter. Minimum installation height is 7 feet from the floor.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
