Description
A 58-inch smart ceiling fan with integrated LED light, designed for transitional interiors and damp locations like covered patios or large living rooms.
The Layton fan blends traditional and modern elements with subtly curved driftwood blades and a matte black steel housing. Its integrated LED provides warm, dimmable light, while the 6-speed DC motor is WiFi-enabled for control via the Hinkley App or included HIRO remote. Ideal for spaces that need both air circulation and ambient lighting.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED produces 1320 lumens at 3000K warm white — comparable to a 75W incandescent bulb, sufficient for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms. Not intended as a primary task light.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white with a CRI of 90, rendering colors accurately and creating a cozy, inviting atmosphere. Fully dimmable with a CL-type dimmer (SSL7A) for adjustable ambiance.
Sizing and fit

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
