How bright is it?
1320 lumens from the integrated LED - comparable to a 100W incandescent bulb, providing bright ambient light suitable for most rooms. The light is dimmable with a CL-type dimmer for adjustable ambiance.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent lighting, flattering skin tones and warm finishes. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and accurate, ideal for living spaces and entertaining areas.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 60 inches in diameter with a 12-inch overall height. It mounts directly to the canopy or with an included downrod for dual-mount capability. Minimum installation height is 7 ft from the floor. For taller ceilings, optional downrod kits are available.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
