Description
A 22-inch ceiling fan with integrated LED light kit, finished in Heritage Brass with Matte Black accents, designed for kitchens and living rooms that need both air circulation and ambient light.
The Eli Fandelier blends the silhouette of a chandelier with the function of a ceiling fan. Its three composite blades in Heritage Brass and a steel body with Matte Black accents give it an industrial-hip character that suits transitional interiors. The included LED bulbs produce warm 2700K light with a high CRI of 90, and the fan is controlled via a HIRO 3-speed non-reversing remote.

How bright is it?
The four integrated LED bulbs produce a total of 1200 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 75W incandescent bulb. This is sufficient for ambient lighting in a small to medium room, but you may need additional task lighting for detailed work.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear natural and vibrant, making it suitable for kitchens and living areas where color accuracy matters. The light is dimmable with a CL-type dimmer (SSL7A).
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 22 inches in diameter (blade sweep) and 17.75 inches in height from ceiling to bottom. The included 6-inch down rod provides a close-to-ceiling mount; optional longer rods are available for higher ceilings. The canopy is 6 inches in diameter. The fan should be installed at least 7 feet from the floor.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
