Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Dimmability does not apply as this is a fan-only product. Speed is controlled via the included HIRO remote.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms without direct water spray. It is not wet-rated.
What's the warranty? Motor carries a lifetime warranty. LED components (if any) carry a 5-year limited warranty. Blades, controls, switches, capacitors, and hardware carry a 1-year warranty.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
