The Chet fan blends traditional and modern elements with a compact profile that suits rooms where space is at a premium. Its matte black steel body and white glass light kit give it a clean, versatile look that works with transitional and contemporary decor. The integrated LED delivers warm 3000K light at 1320 lumens, and the fan is dimmable with a compatible CL dimmer. Suitable for wet locations, this fan can be installed outdoors under a covered area.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED produces 1320 lumens - comparable to a 100W incandescent bulb. This is sufficient for ambient lighting in a small to medium room, but may need supplemental task lighting for reading or detailed work.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent lighting. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and natural, making it suitable for spaces where accurate color rendering matters.
Sizing and fit

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
