Description
A 56-inch LED smart ceiling fan with a modern matte white finish and white plywood blades, designed for covered patios and indoor living spaces.
The Atticus fan combines sophisticated leather accents with a contemporary aesthetic, featuring a 6-speed DC motor that is WiFi enabled and ready to connect out of the box. The integrated LED light provides warm 3000K illumination with a high CRI of 90, and the fan is damp-rated for use in covered outdoor areas.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED produces 1320 lumens - comparable to a 75W incandescent bulb, providing ample ambient light for most rooms. The light is dimmable with a CL-type dimmer for adjustable brightness.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent lighting, flattering skin tones and warm interiors. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and accurate, ideal for living areas and bedrooms.
Sizing and fit
The fan has a 56-inch blade sweep and a 13-degree blade pitch, suitable for rooms at least 12x14 ft. The overall height is 16 inches from ceiling to blades, and it includes a 6-inch down rod. It can be installed on sloped ceilings up to 20 degrees. Additional down rod lengths are sold separately.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
