How bright is it?

1100 lumens - comparable to a 75W incandescent bulb. This is sufficient for task lighting over a sink or counter, or as ambient light in a small to medium room (up to 100 sq ft). For larger spaces, multiple units are recommended.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, it is dimmable. Use a compatible LED dimmer such as Lutron or Leviton.
