How bright is it?

Is the bulb included? The LED light source is integrated and non-replaceable.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? This fixture is not dimmable.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is damp location rated, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms with no direct water exposure, but not in wet locations.

What's the warranty? 5 Year Warranty.

Can I add a motion sensor? Yes, an optional PIR sensor (model 86-211) is available separately.
