The Baylor fan from Kuzco combines style and innovation with its carved wood blades available in dark walnut or natural oak. The sleek white finish and matte black accents create a sophisticated look. This fan features smart technology via the Smart by Bond app and includes a handheld remote. The integrated LED light offers selectable color temperatures from 2700K to 5000K, providing flexibility for any mood.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED delivers 1030 lumens - about as bright as a 60W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms. The light is directed downward for efficient illumination.
Light color and feel
Selectable color temperature: 2700K (warm white) for cozy evenings, 3000K (soft white) for general use, 3500K (neutral white) for task areas, 4000K (cool white) for a crisp feel, or 5000K (daylight) for maximum alertness. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and accurate.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 60 inches in diameter and 15 inches in height from ceiling to blades. It includes a 4.5-inch down rod; other rod lengths are available by contacting the factory. Sloped ceiling adaptable up to 18 degrees. The canopy is 5.875 inches in diameter and 2.5 inches tall.

Is the light bulb included? Yes, the integrated LED is built-in and not replaceable. It has a rated life of 50,000 hours.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, dimmable from 100% to 10% using a TRIAC or ELV dimmer (not included).
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in covered patios, sunrooms, or bathrooms with no direct water exposure. Not for wet locations.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
