How bright is it?

This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness is not applicable. If you add the optional LED light kit, it provides up to 1600 lumens (comparable to a 100-watt incandescent bulb) with dimmable functionality.

Light color and feel

If you choose to add the optional light kit, you can select from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight via CCT Select technology. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vibrant and true.

Sizing and fit

This 44-inch fan fits rooms up to 400 sq ft. The overall dimensions are 44 inches wide by 12.92 inches high (without light kit). It includes a 4.5-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings. The fan is designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees.
