Description
A 2-light vanity light in satin nickel with faux alabaster glass shades, sized for bathroom vanities and powder rooms.
The faux alabaster glass diffusers soften the light into a warm, even glow instead of a harsh glare, which is why this style works so well over a mirror. The satin nickel backplate is a brushed silver that pairs easily with chrome and nickel faucets, and the two-shade layout spreads light across a single or double vanity.
Best for
- Bathrooms with a 24-36 in single vanity, mounted above the mirror
- Powder rooms and guest baths that need soft, flattering light
- Damp bathroom environments without direct shower spray
- Transitional interiors pairing nickel hardware with white or gray tile
Not ideal for
- Wet or outdoor locations - this fixture is rated for damp locations only
- Wide double vanities - 18 inches of width won't span a 60-inch counter
- Rooms where you want a bold statement piece rather than a clean, neutral look
How bright is it?
Takes two 100W medium-base bulbs (not included). With standard bulbs that's roughly 3,200 lumens total - plenty for vanity task lighting around a mirror. The faux alabaster glass diffuses the output so it reads softer than bare bulbs.
Light color and feel
Color temperature is set by your bulbs. Warm white (2700K-3000K) bulbs flatter skin tones at the mirror; 3500K-4000K bulbs give a crisper, more clinical look. Dimmability depends on the bulbs and switch used.
Sizing and fit
18 in wide x 8 in high with a 7.75 in extension from the wall. The 18-inch width suits a single vanity or a narrow double; the 7.75-inch projection clears most mirror frames.
