Description
A modern 2-light bath light with ribbed glass shades, designed for bathroom vanities and wall sconce applications.
The Hawes bath light brings a clean, geometric look to your bathroom. Two cylindrical ribbed glass shades cast a soft, diffused glow while adding texture. The slender brushed nickel backplate complements modern and minimalist styles. Install it vertically on either side of a vanity mirror or horizontally above a mirror - it also works as a wall sconce in other rooms.
Best for
- Bathrooms with a 36-48 in vanity, mounted horizontally above the mirror
- Vertical installation flanking a taller vanity mirror for a symmetrical look
- Powder rooms and guest baths that need soft, diffused light
- Hallways or bedrooms as a modern wall sconce
Not ideal for
- Large bathrooms needing bright task lighting - two 60W bulbs provide accent-level illumination
- Areas with very low ceilings if mounted vertically, due to the 23.5 in length
- Spaces with a traditional or ornate design style - the look is clean and modern
How bright is it?
Uses two 60W medium base bulbs (not included). With standard 60W-equivalent LED bulbs, expect roughly 1600-1800 total lumens - enough for vanity lighting, but not for lighting a large room.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulbs you choose. For bathrooms, 3000K-3500K provides a clean, flattering light for makeup and grooming. The clear ribbed glass diffuses the light softly. This fixture is not dimmable as specified by the manufacturer.
Sizing and fit
Measures 23.5 in W x 5 in D x 4.5 in H and weighs 3.15 lbs. The 23.5 in width suits vanities 36-48 in wide. It can be mounted horizontally or vertically.
