For a brighter effect, use an LED equivalent (e.g., 9-12W LED) which can deliver 800-1100 lumens while using less energy.

Light color and feel

Light color is determined by the bulb. For a warm, inviting glow, choose a 2700K-3000K LED or incandescent bulb. The clear glass shade provides no diffusion, so the bulb filament will be visible - consider a decorative Edison-style bulb for added visual interest.
