Description
A 13-inch two-light semi-flush mount in brushed nickel steel with a hand-crafted black fabric hardback shade, sized for bedrooms, hallways, and entryways.
The Park Ridge semi-flush keeps the ceiling line low while adding a tailored look. The brushed nickel frame is angular and clean, and the black fabric hardback shade softens the light for a warm, transitional feel that works with both modern and traditional rooms.
Best for
- Bedrooms and guest rooms with standard 8-foot ceilings where a full pendant would hang too low
- Hallways and entryways that need a close-to-ceiling light with a finished look
- Dining nooks and small sitting areas in transitional or modern homes
- Damp locations such as a bathroom, since it is rated for damp use
Not ideal for
- Large open rooms that need a wide spread of light - this is a 13-inch fixture
- Wet locations such as exposed outdoor porches or shower ceilings
- Rooms where you want an exposed-bulb industrial look - the fabric shade hides the bulbs
How bright is it?
Two 60W medium-base bulbs give roughly 1600 lumens combined, depending on the bulbs you choose - about the output of a bright two-bulb ceiling light, suitable for a bedroom or hallway but not a large living room on its own.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulbs you install. The black fabric shade softens and warms the output, so it reads as ambient light rather than a crisp task beam. It is not dimmable unless you use dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 13 inches in diameter by 8 inches high, with a 5.125-inch canopy. It sits close to the ceiling, so it suits rooms with 8-foot ceilings and works well over a small dining table or in a standard hallway.
