Livex Lighting Essex 20in 3-Light Convertible Flush Mount | Traditional Brushed Nickel and White Alabaster Glass | Bedroom & Hallway | Model 1343-91

A 20-inch convertible flush mount chandelier in brushed nickel with a white alabaster glass shade, sized for bedrooms, hallways, and dining nooks that need warm, even light.

The Essex pairs a brushed nickel finish with a softly diffused white alabaster glass bowl, so the light reads warm and glare-free rather than harsh. It installs as a close-to-ceiling flush mount or drops on the included 3-foot chain as a small chandelier - one fixture that adapts to the room.

Best for

• Bedrooms 10x12 ft and larger, mounted flush for a low-glare center light
• Hallways and foyers where a 20-inch footprint fits without crowding the ceiling
• Dining nooks and breakfast areas, hung on the chain as a small chandelier
• Transitional and modern interiors with brushed nickel or cool-toned accents

Not ideal for

• Rooms where you want a single bright primary light - three 100W sockets give plenty of output, but the alabaster glass softens it
• Very low ceilings if you plan to hang it on the full 3-foot chain

How bright is it?

Three medium-base sockets rated up to 100W each. Lumen output depends on the bulbs you choose and is not specified by the manufacturer - with 100W-equivalent LEDs expect a strong ambient light for a bedroom or hallway.

Light color and feel

Light color follows your bulbs. The white alabaster glass diffuses output into a soft, even glow that suits brushed nickel and cool-toned interiors. Pair with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer if you want to lower the level in the evening.

Sizing and fit

20 in wide x 11.25 in high overall, with a 5.25 in diameter canopy. As a flush mount it sits close to the ceiling; on the 3-foot chain it hangs as a compact chandelier. Best in rooms with standard 8-9 ft ceilings.
